Delivery Policy

Orders must be received before 1 PM in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery, however, same day delivery operates on a first come first served basis, orders received after 1 PM will be delivered the following day unless accommodation is possible. A Floral Associate will contact you in that case. 

Should you need same day delivery please call the store to ensure it is possible, there are certain days in which we are maxed out and it is impossible to predict. 

A local delivery fee starting at $11.99 is added to each order (This fee may vary according to distance and delivery location)

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it if the order is not place within the time frame.

Complete Delivery Information required, name and address of recipient, apt or suite #, correct zip code, and phone number. Delivery would not be guarantee if Incomplete order information.

If a customer places an order but provides erroneous information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong office or home address we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee. 

Store reserves the right to make phone calls to recipients in case our suspected wrong addresses or false recipients to guarantee a delivery will be made successfully.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed, always call the store to confirm.

Holiday Delivery Policy

Due to extremely high increases in demand leading up to the popular floral holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we encourage customers to order at least four days in advance to ensure prompt delivery. Regretfully, we also cannot guarantee any timed orders as deliveries are being made all day throughout our delivery area. While we do our best to staff accordingly for the increase in demand, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery on orders placed the day of the holiday; these orders will be fulfilled the following day if we are unable to deliver them that day. Because most deliveries are being made the day of the holiday, when possible we recommend delivery a day or 2 in advance of these busy holidays.

In addition, delivery priority is given to offices and businesses due to their limited hours of operations. Deliveries to residences are generally made after business hours, however exceptions can be made (upon request) if someone will be home to receive arrangement during normal business hours.

Recipient Not Home 

If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when we attempt a delivery, we will:

  • Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time or have recipient come to pick up the arrangement at the flower shop.
  • Leave a note the recipient's door and/or voicemail asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time. A re-delivery charge may apply
  • Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance) if recipient and/or sender authorizes.
  • Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door and/or voicemail with this information
